Last week Evan, Leah, and I met up for their engagement session at Saint Anthony Main. We got a ton of fun looks during the session, but not without a bit of a scare. While photographing on and around the empty box car a police officer pulled up. He wasn’t too happy with us at first, but after he realized we weren’t up to anything bad, he decided to let us off with just a warning. Leah and Evan were absolutely awesome to go through with all that to get the shot. As I’m sure you can all tell… it was totally worth it!

About a week ago Adam and Cassie came by the studio in Stillwater, MN for their engagement session. I’ve been photographing in Stillwater a lot lately and It’s so fun to always get a new look! It was snowing just a little bit and was windy for the whole session. Cassie and Adam were awesome and I hope you two love the photos!

Karlton and Chelsi came up from Iowa for some engagement pictures around the Saint Anthony Main area. It was pretty dang cold, but we still had a lot of fun! I can’t wait for your wedding later this year in Iowa! Hope you love the photos.

Lovin the new look too!Andy and Jess came over to the studio this past weekend for their engagement session totally open for anything. To top it off and make things more awesome, they brought their sweet dog with them. It’s a black lab and great dane mix. We walked around Stillwater and really tried to go to some new places that we’ve never photographed before. After a short trip around downtown, I convinced them that it would be great if we went to Willow River State Park and hiked through the snow! We had a ton of fun photographing in the park, it was so worth the cold wet feet! I hope you two love the photos, and I cannot wait for your wedding!
