Andy and Jess came over to the studio this past weekend for their engagement session totally open for anything. To top it off and make things more awesome, they brought their sweet dog with them. It’s a black lab and great dane mix. We walked around Stillwater and really tried to go to some new places that we’ve never photographed before. After a short trip around downtown, I convinced them that it would be great if we went to Willow River State Park and hiked through the snow! We had a ton of fun photographing in the park, it was so worth the cold wet feet! I hope you two love the photos, and I cannot wait for your wedding!

This past Saturday I photographed Andy and Amy’s engagement session. It was SO COLD, but they were such troopers and were pretty much up for anything. We photographed around downtown Stillwater for a bit. We then decided to drive to a local park for a snowier setting, plus that way we got to warm up in the car for a bit! I am so looking forward to photographing their wedding! Hope you all enjoy the images.

About a week ago I met up with Tom and Amanda at my favorite spot, Saint Anthony Main for their engagement session. It was probably the first or second really cold day of the year, but Tom and Amanda were up for just about anything. As usual, I hope you all love the images.

In early November I got to travel down to Milwaukee, WI again for another great wedding. This time it was for Angel and Lauren’s wedding. We were so blessed with amazing weather! It could have easily been 30 degrees and snowing, but instead it was sunny and 70 degrees! Angel and Lauren are one of those amazing couples that no matter what they do, you can just see the love that they share. It was such an honor to be there photographing their wedding.

We got to photograph Mike and Karla’s wedding a few weeks ago on October 16th. This was truly an amazing wedding. I am so grateful that Mike and Karla allowed us to be a part of their wedding day. We started the day at the Hotel Minneapolis where the bridal party got ready, we also did Mike and Karla’s intimate meeting (first time they see each other) there too! The hotel isn’t too far from Mill City Museum and the Guthrie Theater, so we took the bridal party there for some great images. The reception was at the Fine Line Music Cafe which was great as well! Thank you to you both and all your family and friends for making that day so great for us to photograph! I hope you two love your photos!

I am photographing Jordan and Alex’s wedding next year, and I got the chance to hang out with them in Taylors Falls, MN for their engagement photos. We spent the day walking around downtown and in the near by parks. Alex and Jordan were so much fun to photograph. The way that they interacted with each other just made me smile. I can’t wait for their wedding! I hope you two love the photos!
